The Cambro 22HP150 H-Pan 1/2 Size High Heat Food Pan can transform and adjust to different temperatures, cold to hot and are safe for cooking applications up to 375F (190C). High Heat Pans can go from prep to cooler to oven to steam table to reduce unnecessary handling. They are also great for freezing, cooking and reheating. These High Heat pans can withstand temperatures from -40F to 375F and, unlike metal pans, are safe for use in microwave ovens. Precisely designed to Gastronorm GN specifications. Its non-stick smooth interior surface increases yields and promotes easy cleaning. Pans stack neatly, without wedging or sticking. The uniform 1/2 inch flange ensures the right fit in prep and steam tables. Measures at 2-1/2 inches deep by 12-3/4 inches long by 10-7/16 inches wide with a 4.1 quart capacity.
